Terms and Conditions
Digily Link is a content-sharing platform designed to help creators connect their audiences with the most up-to-date and relevant content. One of our core values is intentional simplicity — that’s why we’ve broken down our terms and conditions into the clearest and most accessible format possible.
Users of Digily Link are fully responsible for all activity conducted on the platform and are required to comply with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, as well as all applicable international laws and regulations. The production, sharing, promotion of, or linking to any illegal content on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Such prohibited activity includes but is not limited to: illegal gambling, fraud, identity theft, copyright infringement, distribution of pirated content or software, money laundering, promotion of terrorist organisations, drug production or trafficking, illegal arms trade, promotion of firearms, child exploitation, child pornography, human trafficking, illegal organ trade, hate speech, racism, discrimination, threats, harassment, incitement of violence, forgery of official documents, support for public disorder, unlicensed medical practices, and any form of sexually explicit content, pornography, non-consensual sexual material, or obscene material that is prohibited under Turkish law or international legal standards.
Encouraging or praising such actions, either directly or indirectly, or linking to such content is also strictly prohibited under our platform policies. Digily Link reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account engaging in such activity without prior notice. Where necessary, such accounts and their associated content may be reported to relevant legal authorities.
All users are expected to comply fully with these rules. Failure to do so may result in legal action being taken and formal reports being made to the appropriate authorities.
1. Welcome to Digily Link
We’re glad you’re here. These Terms, together with any related policies, govern your use of our services, including our websites (https://digily.link and https://dijital.link), mobile applications, software, and related features (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Digily Link”).
References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to Dijital Mekan, registered in Türkiye (Tax ID: 0300502277), and Dijital Mekan LTD, registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 14955219). By using Digily Link, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and to any additional policies, guidelines, or rules published on the Platform.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you are unsure about anything, feel free to contact us. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Digily Link.
2. Changes to These Terms
Digily Link is constantly evolving. From time to time, we may make changes to the Platform or to these Terms. Updates may be made for various reasons, such as reflecting changes to our services or functionality, legal or regulatory requirements, or to protect our business interests.
We may make these changes at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. If we make a change that could significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least one month before the changes take effect — for example, through a notice on the Platform.
By continuing to use the Platform after any changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, we kindly ask that you stop using Digily Link and delete your account.
3. Your Account
To create an account and become a Digily Link user, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are creating an account on behalf of another person, you must have their explicit authorisation. You are solely responsible for your account and for ensuring it is used lawfully.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are over 18 and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You also agree to comply with these Terms and to provide accurate, up-to-date information. If any of your details change, please let us know so we can update your records.
If you are using Digily Link on behalf of a company, organisation, or another individual, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
You are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Please keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You must not transfer or assign your account to anyone else. You also agree not to use your account in a way that could harm Digily Link’s reputation or violate the rights of others or applicable laws. You must not allow others to use your account for such purposes.
4. Your Username
When creating a Digily Link profile, you must choose a username that is appropriate and respectful of the rights of others. Usernames must not infringe any intellectual property (IP) rights, including trademarks or copyrights.
You may not impersonate public figures or brands, nor select a username with the intent to resell it or mislead others — this includes domain squatting or inappropriate, offensive usernames.
If an issue arises with your username, we will assess the matter fairly. We may request that you change it, and if you refuse, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
If someone claims that your username infringes their IP rights, they must file an Intellectual Property Report, and you will have the opportunity to respond with a Counter Notice.
If your account has been inactive for over six months — meaning no logins, link activity, or traffic — we may reclaim or reassign your username, but we will attempt to contact you before doing so.
5. Managing Your Plan
You can subscribe to Digily Link through a free or paid plan, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will begin when you accept these Terms and will continue until cancelled.
If you cancel a paid plan, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will automatically revert to the free plan. To cancel, visit your billing page: https://digily.link/account-payments
To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that your needs may change. If you choose a paid plan and cancel within 72 hours, we may offer a refund as an exception. Please email us at support@digily.link to request this.
If you subscribed using the Digily Link mobile app via your Apple ID or Google Play Store account, you will need to follow the cancellation procedures provided by Apple or Google. Please note that Digily Link cannot process refunds for purchases made through app stores. You may need to contact Apple Support or Google directly to request a refund.
If you cancel your plan and wish to permanently delete your account, you can do so from the My Account section of your profile. Please be aware that once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated, and any content or information added to your profile will be permanently lost.
6. Your Content
We love the variety of content our users share on Digily Link — but it’s important to keep the Platform safe and respectful for everyone. That’s why we have Community Standards, which outline the types of content that are allowed (and not allowed) on Digily Link. Please make sure you follow them. If you don’t, we may suspend or permanently remove your account.
When we refer to “your content”, we mean any text, graphics, videos, links, or other materials you add to your Digily Link profile. You are responsible for your content and by posting it, you confirm that:
- You either own the content or have the necessary rights to use and share any third-party materials on Digily Link (and grant us the rights to use them in accordance with these Terms)
- Your content does not infringe anyone’s privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property, or other legal rights
- Your content is accurate and honest; it must not be misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or damaging to our reputation
- Your content is free from viruses, malware, or any harmful code that could damage the Platform or others’ devices
- Your content does not include scripts, scraping tools, or automated data collection technologies
- You do not post unauthorised advertisements, endorsements, or solicitations on Digily Link
- Your content complies with our Community Standards
Because legal standards vary across the countries in which we operate, we reserve the right to restrict or remove content that may be permitted in some regions but prohibited in others. We may take appropriate steps — including restricting access or applying content warnings — to help keep Digily Link safe for all users.
7. What Can We Do with Your Content?
We love seeing what you create and may want to showcase it. By posting content on your Digily Link profile, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to:
- Use, publicly display, distribute, modify, adapt, and create derivative works of your content, and
- Use your name, image, likeness, voice, photos, or any other personal attributes included in your content for promotional purposes — including across the Platform, social media channels, and other marketing communications.
This licence means we can use your content without compensating you and across all forms of media. You confirm that you have all necessary third-party rights to publish your content and grant us this licence.
You retain ownership of all rights to your content. However, keep in mind that your content may be publicly viewable, and could be shared or re-used by others both on and outside of Digily Link.
Please do not share personal information you do not want to be publicly accessible. Never post sensitive data like national insurance numbers, passport details, or anything that could cause harm in the wrong hands. If you share someone else’s personal data, ensure you have their explicit consent and a record of it.
We are not obligated to monitor the accuracy, legality, or reliability of content, but we reserve the right to do so at our discretion. We may modify, restrict, or remove any content at any time — including applying sensitive content warnings where we determine that the material may not be appropriate for all audiences.
8. Suspension or Termination of Your Account
If you breach these Terms, we may need to suspend or terminate your account, adjust how the Platform works for you, or take other action. For example, if you fail to pay your subscription fees on time, we may switch your paid plan to a free plan with reduced features.
The action we take will depend on the nature of the breach. In some cases, we may choose not to suspend or terminate your account. However, in cases of repeated or serious violations, we are more likely to take enforcement measures. Where possible, we will aim to notify you in advance, but we are not obligated to do so.
Please note that prepaid fees will not be refunded.
If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, or if you encounter issues with these Terms or the Platform, please contact us at info@digily.link. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith, and both parties agree to make genuine efforts to resolve any disputes for at least 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.
9. Your Responsibility Towards Your Visitors and Customers
You are solely responsible for visitors to your profile and customers who interact with your content or make purchases through your Digily Link profile, collectively referred to as “End Users”. This includes:
- (i) How End Users interact with your profile and content
- (ii) Any transactions or communications that take place between you and your End Users through features such as “Commerce” or “Paywall”
You also acknowledge that donations received through the “Support Me” feature are provided voluntarily and without any expectation of goods or services in return. This feature must be used only for personal support and not to collect donations on behalf of charities or for other third-party purposes.
10. Feedback
We love hearing your ideas for improving Digily Link! From time to time, we may offer “beta” features and request your feedback.
By sharing feedback, you agree that we may use it however we choose — without compensation and without any obligation to implement it. We are under no obligation to use your feedback, but if we do, it will be on our terms.
Beta features are still under evaluation and testing. You understand that such features may not be as reliable or stable as other parts of the Platform.
11. Our Platform
As the owner of the Platform, we grant you a limited right to use Digily Link for the purpose of sharing content and interacting with other users. Please note that we are not responsible for any content, products, or services offered via other users’ profiles.
All rights, including intellectual property (referred to here as Digily Link IP) — excluding your own content — belong exclusively to Digily Link or its licensors. You do not gain any rights to Digily Link IP and you may not use any part of it (including our brand name or logo) for any purpose, including suggesting endorsement or affiliation, without our prior written consent.
Digily Link offers an affiliate programme that allows users to refer others using unique referral links. As an affiliate, you are solely responsible for any promotions, advertisements, email campaigns, or other personal marketing activities you carry out in your own name.
Digily Link does not directly oversee third-party marketing, outreach, or advertising campaigns. Therefore, we cannot be held legally, administratively, or criminally responsible for any actions or consequences that arise from such external activities.
Affiliate users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations — including, but not limited to, electronic communications and data protection laws. Users engaging in unauthorised or unlawful promotional activity may have their affiliate access suspended or permanently revoked.
As a user, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to create, display, use, play, and upload content on the Platform, in accordance with these Terms.
Where we provide you with icons, graphics, fonts, images, videos, themes, or other design assets, you may use them only on your profile and in line with our stated guidelines. You must not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or trademarks on the Platform.
The Platform — or any portion of it — must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, licensed, sold, resold, modified, translated, reverse engineered, decompiled, or otherwise exploited.
When visiting Digily Link profiles as a profile visitor, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and interact with profiles through the Platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the content, advice, opinions, products, services, or offers shared by other users on their profiles.
12. Fees and Payment
Subscription Fees
If you select a paid plan, it is your responsibility to ensure timely payment of the applicable subscription fees. Unless otherwise stated, these fees are charged in USD and include applicable transaction taxes (such as VAT or GST).
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on whether you choose a monthly or annual billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in accordance with the current Terms.
When signing up, you must provide accurate billing details and a valid payment method (such as a credit card). This authorises us to collect the relevant charges. If automatic billing fails, we will issue an online invoice, which must be paid within the specified timeframe to avoid service interruption.
13. Digily Link Transaction Fees
Platform-Based Transactions
When users engage with features such as “Request a Link” or “Support Me” on your profile, we may apply a percentage-based transaction fee, depending on your subscription plan. These fees are outlined on our Pricing Page and are deducted from the total amount before any funds are transferred to you.
You are solely responsible for handling any external fees, withholding taxes, and income taxes related to payments received via the Platform.
Third-Party Processing Fees
Digily Link facilitates transactions through third-party payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, and Square, which apply their own fees. These fees are deducted before revenue is credited to you and are governed by the respective processor’s own terms, conditions, and fee policies, which you must review and accept.
Digily Link is not responsible for these external processing charges.
Changes to Fees and Advance Notice
We may occasionally update our subscription or transaction fees. If changes occur, we will usually notify you at least one month in advance. If you do not agree with the new fees, you will have the option to cancel your plan before the start of the next billing cycle.
14. Privacy
At Digily Link, we prioritise the privacy of both our users and profile visitors. Our Privacy Notice outlines how we use personal data for internal purposes.
The Data Processing Addendum (DPA) — available in our Trust Centre and incorporated into these Terms — explains your responsibilities (and ours) regarding the privacy rights of visitors to your profile. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the DPA, where applicable.
For information about how we use cookies, see our Cookie Notice.
All data generated through your use of the Platform or by profile visitors (referred to as “Data”), including intellectual property rights related to that Data, will remain the property of Digily Link. We may provide you with data analytics or visual representations of this Data. While we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these analytics, we will strive to ensure they are as reliable as possible.
If we share any confidential information with you (e.g. through beta testing), you must keep it secure and confidential, and take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access.
15. Liability
We want to clarify that you are responsible for how you use the Platform, and it is important that you back up your own content. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from downloading, installing, copying, distributing, or using the Platform or any content from it.
You are responsible for protecting and backing up your data, content, and devices while using the Platform.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms or from any claim made by a third party relating to your content.
We are not liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages. These may include loss of business, revenue, profit, data, goodwill, or economic advantage, even if we are aware of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The total amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the incident, or
- £100
16. Disclaimers
It’s important to understand that you use Digily Link at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to):
- That the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
- That any errors or defects will be corrected
- That the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components
- That the Platform will be effective or meet your expectations
- That the content (including User Content) is complete, accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose
These disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not affect any legal rights you may have that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by contract.
If these Terms are subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the payment of the cost of such re-supply.
17. Third-Party Services
Digily Link integrates with a variety of third-party products and services. You may access certain third-party features within the Platform, such as payment portals or online shop modules.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse or provide warranties for any third-party products or services and do not offer refunds for payments made to third parties.
Your use of third-party products or services is subject to separate terms and conditions, which you are responsible for reviewing, accepting, and complying with. Failure to do so may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your account or access to certain features of the Platform.
Where required, we may publish links to relevant third-party terms at the bottom of this page. You can also view a list of our subprocessors in our Privacy Notice.
18. App Terms
To use the Digily Link mobile app, you must download and install the software on your mobile or tablet device. This software may update automatically, and these Terms apply to all versions and updates.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the app on a single device that you own or control.
Please do not distribute or make the app available over a network that allows simultaneous use on multiple devices.
If your account is terminated (by us or by you), please ensure the app is deleted from your device.
When you download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (“App Stores”), you agree that:
- These Terms are between you and Digily Link, not the App Store
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the App Store's terms, the App Store's terms shall prevail
- Digily Link is solely responsible for the app, including its content, any maintenance or support, and any warranty claims, product liability claims, or third-party IP rights infringement claims
- If you experience an issue with the app, contact us at info@digily.link — do not contact the App Store
- You are not listed on any UK government sanctions or restricted parties list and you do not reside in a country subject to UK embargoes or designated as supporting terrorism
- The App Store (and its affiliates) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as such
19. Open Source
The app may include open-source software components, which are subject to their own specific licensing terms. You can find these terms in our Open Source Library, available under the “Legal” section within the app.
If a particular open-source component includes terms that conflict with these Terms, the open-source licence will prevail for that component. Your rights and obligations in relation to such components are governed solely by the applicable open-source licence.

We exclude all implied terms to the extent permitted by law, except where we are legally required to include them. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid under the law of any jurisdiction, that part shall be removed, but the remainder will continue to apply.
Both parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye and the United Kingdom. Our decision not to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future. These Terms do not create an agency or partnership relationship between us.
If you use YouTube videos via Digily Link’s Music Link or Video Link features, you agree to comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service.
