Privacy Notice
What is Digily Link?
Digily Link serves as a starting point for your latest video, article, recipe, tour, shop, website, social post, or any other type of content. It connects your audience to everything you are online and makes your digital presence easier to manage and more discoverable. Our website (available at https://digily.link) and other digital assets (such as our mobile app and Developer Portal) are collectively referred to as the “Platform”. The Platform provides information about us and enables individuals and businesses to register with Digily Link.
Users may engage with our services as:
- Link Creators, who build a personalised and fully customisable profile page,
- Subscribers, who follow and engage with Link Creators, or
- Developers, who build functionality that interacts with our Platform. These services are collectively referred to as Digily Link Services.
Pages created using Digily Link Services are referred to as “User Profiles” throughout this Privacy Notice. These profiles may be publicly accessible.
We are headquartered in Türkiye and maintain a UK office. For further information, please visit the “About Us” section on our website: https://dijitallink.com.tr/hakkimizda/
How Does This Privacy Notice Apply?
This Privacy Notice applies solely to the personal information we collect as a data controller, including from:
- Individuals visiting our Platform (“Platform Visitors”),
- Individuals or company representatives using our Platform (“Digily Link Users”),
- Individuals registering to follow or subscribe to User Profiles (“Subscribers”),
- Individuals viewing a User Profile (“Profile Visitors”),
- Developers registering with our Developer Portal to create integrations (“Digily Link Developers”),
- Individuals responding to surveys, marketing materials, or participating in promotions and competitions organised by us.
When we refer to Digily Link as a “controller”, we mean that Digily Link determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information. In some cases, Digily Link may also act as a processor on behalf of a Digily Link User. For example, we may facilitate the processing of Subscriber or Profile Visitor data on behalf of a specific User. These services are referred to as “Processor Services”, and this Privacy Notice does not apply to those activities. If you are a Subscriber or Profile Visitor and wish to understand how a particular User handles your data, please contact that User directly or consult the privacy notice included on their User Profile.
If you provide us with information about someone else (for example, if you are a representative of a business), you are responsible for notifying that individual and providing them with a copy of this Privacy Notice.
